SWEDISH MASSAGE

Swedish Massage is so-called due to a Swedish gymnast, Per Henrik Ling, culminating a range of European massage techniques in 1894. Since then it has become more a part of medical practice and all therapists begin by mastering these key manipulations.
Swedish massage is important in improving and restoring the suppleness and tone of the muscles and alleviating pain and tension. Varying amounts of pressure are applied according to your preference.
RECOMMENDED TO MANAGE: Stress and tension, muscular pain, body imbalances, repetitive strain injuries and work/sport-related tension.
